NATIONAL GUARD

Retention is a common challenge among military branches and the Army National Guard decided to implement a customized, multi-touch campaign to target existing members who were approaching re-enlistment dates.

Divided into statewide efforts, the goal was to educate members of the bonuses, benefits, and opportunities available to them should they re-enlist with the National Guard. During the project, we were responsible for designing direct mail postcards, emails, landing pages, and personalized micro-sites for engagement & lead capture, all within extensive brand guidelines.
